Answer:

sqroot(9) - 7 = -4

sqroot(10) - 7 = -3.838

sqroot(11) - 7 = -3.683

sqroot(12) - 7 = -3.536

It isd not equal to -4 but pretty close so I am thinking that B is the right choice.
