Answer:

115.7 km/h

Explanation:

velocity = distance/time

velocity = (0.9 km)/(28 s) = 0.032143 km/s

The velocity is 0.032143 k/s. The question is answered, but since km/s is not a common unit of speed, we can convert to a more common unit of speed such as km/h.

velocity = (0.9 km)/(28 s)[(3600 s)/(1 h)] = 115.7 km/h
