Answer:

Being social means having a positive interaction with different people and have respect for there views and culture. Now, when a pupil is in his early age of education i.e 1st or 2nd grade he is not used to interact with strangers in a proper way so, the teachers tell him that its okay if some one is Chinese or British. It should not really matter to any of the student inside a class. And that is when a person develops the idea that acting in a respective and positive manners to some strangers or friends views is a good thing.
