Answer:

For the sake of easiness, you could select:

x = 1 => y = 1 + 2 =3

x = 2 => y = 2+ 2 = 4

x = 3 => y = 3+ 2 = 5

=> You can plot (1, 3), (2, 4), (3, 5) easily.
