All of them for number one.

Number two is mono and polyunsaturated fats.

For number 3, it is sleep apnea.

The 5th one I do not know. If I had to guess it would be 5 or ten percent.

Number 4 would be educate patients about safe food and adivse patients to stop eating meat.
