Look at the point that touches the y-axis.You see it is 3.Now look at the direction the line goes,this one is going upward to the right which means it has to be a POSITIVE slope.When you can't see the point at the top,you can look downward for another point in the graph.Which in this case that other point we see is (-1,-1).Now remember,rise/run.To reach the point of the y-axis you have to go up 4 times and go right once.Which in fraction form would be 4/1 but that equals the same as just 4x.So yeah,there ya go cutie:)
