Is the expression 30 + x-x2 in standard form?

It is but it needs to be rearranged to x^2-2x+30

Explanation:

the two x are not like terms so they cannot be subtracted. Since the 30 does not have an x at the end, it is also not a like term. This expression is simplified and in standard form.
