  • Given - An equilateral triangle with side 14 cm
  • To find - Area of that equilateral triangle

Solution -

Area\: of \:equilateral \:triangle\: = \: ( √(3) )/(4) a {}^(2) \\ \\ \implies ( √(3))/(4) * 14^(2) \\ \\ \implies \: ( √(3) )/(\cancel4) * \cancel{196} \\ \\ \implies \: √(3) * 49 \\ \\ \implies \: \bold\blue{49 √(3) \:units {}^(2)}

Further ,

value of
\bold\orange{√(3) = 1.732}

therefore ,

Area = 49 * 1.732 \\ \\ \implies \: \bold\red{84.69 \: units {}^(2) \: (approx.)}

hope helpful :D
