y=4/3 +4
The first box is: 4/3
The second box is 4

Slope intercept form is y=mx + b
Where m is your slope, and b is the y intercept (the y number on the y axis), we know that the y-intercept is 4, and two points are (-3, 0) and (0, 4), from these two points, we know that the points are up 4, and right 3. To find slope you do rise over run, which in this case is 4/3 so the equation is
y=4/3x +4
