What does leardership mean to you

Leadership means having power to make a difference but doesn't abuse it. It means that you understand and listen to your people without blowing them off. It means that you are ready to take responsibility and fight for your people's rights and what they need.

You give positive image and encourage others to work and give an example of what they have to due. Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to "lead" or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations.
