Answer: I would say all of the above because if the web address is .gov or .net or .com it is usually reliable, but you should always check the web address regardless. The images are important to look at too. Are they relevant to the topic? Who is providing the information is important because you want to ensure it isn't some shady person who is giving out false and irrelevant info. And when it is was posted is important because if it was posted a really long time ago, it might not be relevant now.
