Include ten or more items in the following table from your

department. Each item should be a different product. Complete the
first three columns with the raw data you collected. Then choose a
measurement unit (for example, ounces) and use that same
measurement unit to calculate the unit value for each item.

I have a question so where it says raw data what would that mean?

Answer:

well raw data is data that has not been processed for use. like distinction is sometimes made between data and information to the effect that information is the end product of data processing.

Explanation:

If a scientist sets up a computerized thermometer which records the temperature of a chemical mixture in a test tube every minute, it list's the temperature readings for every minute, as printed out on a spreadsheet or viewed on a computer screen is "raw data"
