Answer: Thirteen reasons why describes a situation in which the bully, becomes the bullied. The point of the book is to create a reasonable solution that bullying, might just hit the bully back in the face. In this book, People who have bullied Hannah baker, will get their "peice" thrown into the public. For ex. Justin Foley was taking pictures of both Hannah Baker and her friend when they were in underwear. Hannah baker suddenly threw the window open to find him.

Then later she took a picture of Justin Foley, naked in the shower, and published it to the whole school
