Explanation:

The exponential decay is 5% so what you will have to do is to move the 5 two spaces to the left leaving you with the number form of 5% otherwise known as 0.05. In an exponential decay you must always put the decay in the parenthesis so it should look like this inside the parenthesis now

(1 - 0.05)

what you have to do now is to solve what is inside the parenthesis and once you do that you will get O y=(0.95) otherwise known as your answer to this question
