Does anyone know good weight loss foods, or foods to eat while on a diet?

Find foods you like and start your diet from there because if you just go straight to “diet foods” it probably won’t last long and lead to binge eating. So get foods you like avoid too much carbs, sugar, saturated fat, etc. be active, and smaller portion sizes.
