The value of x is 65. We get this answer by multiplying it by 2 which gives us 130, then adding 15, which gives us 145. We know this is 145 degrees because of the primary angle given to us.

Explanation:

130 because 130 +15 is equal to 145 and if the angles cross they're the same measure
