Answer:

1 Limit Screen time

2 It has a lot of nutrients, and few calories

3 Ethnicity

Step-by-step explanation:

1- Limiting your screen time doesn't effect the guide lines for balancing calories to manage weight Screen time would only effect your eyes and may feel lazy if you =r on too long but wont effect weight or calories

2-Nutrient dense foods. Nutrient dense foods are essentially foods that contain large qualities of many nutrients without containing too many calories. Nutrients include vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein, fatty acids and healthy fats. Because of busy lifestyles and hoards of processed, convenience food in grocery stores today

3- Ethnicity would not make your calorie needs greater or lesser. Age determines how much your body needs to intake. If you are 7 you would require less than a 31 year old Males tend to eat more than females. Your activity level determines how active you are and how many calories you burn while exercising. So you would need to intake more calories

Hope this helped :) I believe you can know my answer is correct
