At the end of last year, Jason's hometown was approximately 75,000 people. The

population is growing at the rate of 2.4% each year.
What was the increase in population over the 13 year period?

To solve this equation there is a equation
A = P(1+r)^t
P is the principal 75000
R is rate 2.4 or 0.024
T is for times or year 13
And we are adding because it is exponentially increasing
75000(1+.024)^13
=102084.71
So 1,02,084 population
