Thomas Jefferson's natural rights were "Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness" and referred to them as 'unalienable rights'

John Locke's natural rights were "Life, Liberty, and Property" and referred to them as 'The Laws of Nature"

Both works state that no man is superior or inferior to another and that these rights are the birthright of every human and cannot be taken away.
