Is crime a social or behavioural deviance?does deviance have levels of severity?

Is crime a threat to social order or morality?where does that leave the right for challenges to the tradition and authority?
This is due tomorrow I need help ASAP please someone help me

Crime is behavioral deviance. Most criminals do crime because they feel defiant and mean and have something traumatic in their past that led them to that point. Deviance does have levels of severity! You can be deviant just by hurting feelings and such, or you can be deviant and murder someone. It’s a broad spectrum.

Crime is certainly a threat to social order and morality. The more crime that occurs, the more people get stirred up. Some may be influenced to cause crime, or some may cause a scene and the social order will be torn down by chaos. Authority will always be needed , because there will always be crime.
