=> the radius is: 20/2 = 10 centimeters

We need to find the area of the clock face

  • Area = π
    r^(2) = π*10*10 = 100π

She divided into congruent pieces so that each sector is 30 degrees it means that clock face (360 degrees) is devided into:

= 360degree / 30 degree

= 12 equal parts

  • => the area of each piece

= The area of the clock face/ 12 equal parts

= 100π / 12

= 50/6π
