The Answer is A, x/x^2-4

Explanation:

Anything times 1 is itself, so it can't be x+1. x multiplied by 1 is just x. And

(x+2)(x-2) (by FOIL) is x^2-4

The answer is B!

When you multiply these to fractions, you must remember to multiply the denominator of both fractions by the the top and bottom of the other.

Then it would turn into an addition problem where canceling out like terms does all the work :)
