Let's call the center C. If we draw CT we have an isosceles triangle, two radii for sides, so angle S= angle T. The angle SCT=48 degrees; that's what the arc measure means. So the other two satisfy

S + T + 48 = 180

2S = 132

S = 66

Answer: 66 degress
