Using grouping, factor f(x) = 4x2 + 4x - 3. You must show your work to receive credit

A.f(x) = (2x + 3)(2x - 1)
B.f(x) = (2x - 3)(2x - 1)
C.f(x) =(2x + 3)(2x +
D.f(x) =(2x -- 3)(2x + 1)

Explanation:

4x2 + 4x - 3

Multiply 3 by 4 = 12 find factors of 12 then

4x2 +6x - 2x - 3

2x ( 2x + 3) - 1 ( 2x +3)

So ( 2x +3) and ( 2x - 1) are the factors

f(x) = 4x^2 + 4x - 3

f(x) = 4x^2 + 6x - 2x - 3

f(x) = 2x(2x + 3) - 1(2x + 3)

A. f(x) = (2x + 3) (2x - 1)
