Of the others, 16 more were won by the home team than by the away team. How many matches were won by the home team last season?

I'm not sure if this is completely correct but, this is my work:

9*2= 18

18*10= 180

180/2= 90

90-24= 66

2x+16= 66

2x=50

x=25

25+16= 41

41 home 25 away
