Answer:

The answer to your question is B = 67°

Explanation:

Data

Complementary angles

A = (x + 10)

B = (3x + 28)

When Complementary angles are sum up the result is 90°.

Process

1.- The sum of A + B equals 90°

A + B = 90°

2.- Substitution

(x + 10) + (3x + 28) = 90°

3.- Simplification

x + 10 + 3x + 28 = 90

4x + 38 = 90

4x = 90 - 38

4x = 52

x = 52/4

x = 13

4.- Find B

B = 3(13) + 28

B = 39 + 28

B = 67°
