Explanation:
Find the number of recipes per week. recipes per week means the same thing as recipe/weeks, so 18/9 = 2 recipes every week.
If Judith learns 2 recipes every week, in 10 weeks Judith will learn 2*10 = 20 recipes

since it is 2 recipes a week and judith goes for 10 weeks she will learn 20 appetizers in 10 weeks
