Dividend = (Divisor) x (Quotient) + Remainder

Example : 23 = (5 x 4) + 3

So, no. of total marbles that Helena has put in 'm' bags with '4' marbles in each bag = 4m

No. of remaining marbles = 3

Hence, Total marbles she would have had = 4m + 3
