Given

Slope (m) = -5

Point

(x1 , y1) = ( 6 , 3)

So the equation is

y - y1 = m ( x - x1)

y - 3 = -5 ( x - 6)

y - 3 = -5x +30

5x + y = 30 + 3

5x + y = 33

5x + y - 33= 0

Which is the required equation.
