First we plug in the x, y and slope to the slope int formula:
11= 4*6+b
Solve for b
11=16+b
B= -5
Answer in slope int form:
Y=4x-5
Answer in point slope form:
y- -1=4(x-1)
Or
Y+1=4(x-1)
