Answer:

2x ≥ 4

x ≥ 2

-x+7<-6

x > 13

y > -x + 3

Draw a line:

y = x - 3

Using (0,-3) and (3,0)

This line should be dotted

The region above this line and towards the right of the vertical line x = 13 (dotted) should be shaded

These two lines should intersect at (13,10)
