pi/16

Explanation:

draw a 2 by 2 grid to choose a point.

The grid's area is 4, right? Draw a quarter of a circle in the graph.

Any point less than one on there is going to be your answers.

The area of the circle is pi/4. But we want less than 1 not 2.

So we divide by four again to get pi/16.
