p(not choosing an even number)= 3/6

Explanation:

Saying that you cannot choose an even number means, the probability to choose an odd number. From 1-6, the odd numbers are 1,3,5. So there are 3 odd numbers that you can choose from out of 6, so it would be 3/6 or 1/2
