90.24 mm

Explanation:

Circumference = 2πr

C = 2(3.14)(16)

C = 100.48 mm

Perimeter of the figure = 20 + 20 + 1/2 (circumference)

P = 40 + 1/2 (100.48)

P = 40 + 50.24

P = 90.24 mm
