Answer:

Daughter: Hey mother, I have this science question and because you're a science teacher, I think you'd know what I'm talking about.

Mother: Yes, darling. What is the question?

Daughter: Well, what is the immune system?

Mother: Well, basically it's the body's defense against infections. It attacks germs and helps keep us healthy.

Daughter: Can you go more in depth, please?

Mother: Sure. The immune system is made up of tissues, cells, and organs first tries to keep out germs like bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites and then deals with them if they manage to get in. If it senses something in your body that could be bad for you, it triggers the release of special cells. These travel to where the trouble is, attack the intruder, and help get rid of it.

Daughter: Oh, okay. Thank you for explaining what it is.

Mother: You're welcome.

Daughter: Can you now tell me what the main parts of it are? I'm doing a project on it and it'd be helpful. I know that I can just look it up online...

Mother: That is true, but since I'm a science teacher, I can just explain to you.

Anyway, the parts of the immune system are white blood cells, antibodies, the complement system, the lymphatic system, the spleen, the thymus, and the bone marrow.

Daughter: Thank you. This is all I needed to know for now. I'm gonna go work on it, now. I love you. Bai.

Step-by-step explanation:

You didn't include what you wanted the conversation to specifically be about of the immune system, so I just did this. I hope this helps in any way.
