Answer: 6x + 14 cm

Explanation:

side(1) of rectangle = x + 8

side(2) of rectangle = 2x - 1

perimeter of rectangle = 2(L+B)

=2(x + 8 + 2x - 1)

=2(3x + 7)

=6x + 14

therefore the perimeter of the rectangle is 6x + 14 cm

Hope it will help you...
