Answer:parasite host

Explanation:a parasite is an organism that lives on a host and also obtains nutrients from the host.the host does not benefit and sometimes is harmed .the parasite may digest the externally or have connections with the tissue of it's host to obtain food .these parasitic plants may attach to the host by tendrils, hooks and thorns

some smaller parasitic plants are found on larger plants, they possess haustoria which helps them to obtain nutrients from the plant.in this case ,the higher plant may be destroyed by being infected by diseases.
