You would combine like terms and set them equal to 180 so your equation would be:

14x+2+11x+3=180

Then by combing like terms you should have:

25x+5=180

Then use inverse operations.

25x=175

x=7

Next, fill in x in the equation for RQS which would look like:

14(7)+2 that equals 100.
