  • passes through (3,5)
  • Slope=m=5/3

point slope form:-

  • y-y_1=m(x-x_1)
  • y-5=5/3(x-3)
  • 3(y-5)=5(x-3)
  • 3y-15=5x-15

Slope intercept form

y=mx+b

  • 3y=5x
  • y=5/3x+0

point-slope form: y-y₁ = m(x-x₁)

=============

\rightarrow \sf y - 5 = (5)/(3) (x-3)

slope-intercept form: y = mx + b

============

\rightarrow \sf y - 5 = (5)/(3)(x)+ (5)/(3)(-3)

\rightarrow \sf y - 5 = (5)/(3)(x)-5

\rightarrow \sf y = (5)/(3)(x)-5+5

\rightarrow \sf y = (5)/(3)(x)
