Simply because of (consent) it would be no...,

Benefits: the ability to learn more history from people who died in early in history, the ability to be able to possibly capture murderers from bringing the victims back to life... scientific evaluations on the human body that probably couldn’t have been done in while they were dead, and/or Discovering hidden secrets of the earth (ig)

Problems: No consent... I mean it’s just common curtesy even if they’re dead, maybe they wouldn’t want to be brought back to life, bringing humans from early civilizations to life would put them in danger because of them possibly capturing a disease/virus and dying again... and the fact that if you bring too many people to life... I mean overpopulation is something we’re already worrying about soooo.

Answer: Well the main point of the question is an ethical one. Should we interfere with nature and play God? Many people would answer no. The benefits would be gaining lost knowledge and letting people see relatives that have passed. However the problems would be much larger than the benefits. Death is a necessary quality of life as unfortunate as it may be. It frees up space for new people to begin life and prevents overpopulation. Also the ethics behind it would be a large question.
