Which of the following relations is not a function?

{(0, 0), (1, 0), (2, 0)}
{(1, 2), (3, -5), (-1, 7)}
{(7, -1), (3, -2), (5, -2)}
{(-1, 3), (4, 2), (-1, 5)}

The 4th one because you can’t repeating x values with different y values.

I might be wrong but I’d say the second one [(1, 2), (3,-5), (-1, 7)]
I said that because the numbers in the parentheses are labeled (X,Y) and the -5 doesn’t go with 7. Meaning the Y values don’t match
Sorry if I’m wrong
