Fraction of total shaded area:

`$=(100)/(100)+(19)/(100)`

`$=(100+19)/(100)`

`$=(119)/(100)`

Percent of shaded area:

`$=(119)/(100)* 100\%`

= 119%

The shaded area is 119%.
