Should your warm up activity resemble the motions in the activity in which you are going to participate?why or why not?

Yes, because then the muscles you are using in you workout are stretched.

Yes because stretching helps prevent injury in the activity and it also is good to do the movements you are going to be doing while stretching because it prepares you body.
