F=1+p/s

Where p is perimeter and s is rhe spacing

Perimeter of a circle is given by


P=2\pi r

Where r is the radius of the garden.

Substituting 125 ft for radius, rhe perimeter will be


P=2*3.14*125=785 ft

Conversion

Converting ft to inches, we multiply ft by 12 hence 785*12=9420 inches

Number of flowers will then be

F=1+9420/4=1+2355=2356 flowers
