Explanation:

using the cosine ratio in the right triangle

cos E =
(adjacent)/(hypotenuse) =
(EG)/(EF) =
(21)/(63) , then

∠ E =
cos^(-1) (
(21)/(63) ) ≈ 71° ( to the nearest degree )
