The conditional tense indicates a mood of would or could have accomplished a hypothetical situation or activity. The conditional form for saber is as follows:
Yo sabría
Tú sabrías
Usted/Él/Ella sabría
Nosotros sabríamos
Vosotros sabríais
Ustedes/ellos/ellas sabrían
