Answer: 184g

Step-by-step explanation:

To calculate moles

No of moles= mass given/ molar mass

Molar mass of C2H60

C which is carbon is 12

H which is hydrogen is 1

O which is oxygen is 16

Looking at the element, we have 2c,6h and 1 oxygen

Molar mass = 2(12)+6(1)+16

Molar mass= 24+6+16

Molar mass= 46g/m

So we have

No of moles= mass given/molar mass

Here we are looking for the mass,so

Mass= molar mass × no of moles

No of moles given is 4moles

Molar mass calculated is 46g/mole

Substitute the values

Mass = 4moles ×46g/moles

Mass= 184g

Mass of C2H60= 184g
