add totals together =117

We found 6.5 as the multiplier as 38/3 = 13

13/2 = 6.5

We then realized the ratios needed to be in 2's

If 4= 8 then 1 = 2 is the multiplier for 6.5

or simply 1 x 13 + 4 x 13 + 4 x 13 = 117
