Answer:

11/20

Explanation:

Let the fraction be a/b

(a+4)/b = 3/4

4(a+4) = 3b

a/(b+2) = 1/2

2a = b+2

b = 2a-2

4a+16 = 3(2a-2)

4a + 16 = 6a - 6

2a = 22

a = 11

b = 2(11) - 2 = 20

a/b = 11/20
