Sample Space= {1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 25, 25, 25, 25, 10, 10, 10, n x?}

After we have this equation written out, or also known as a sample space, we now have to figure out the probability by counting the coins up "seperately":

P(P)= 6/20 or 3/10 or 30%

P(Q)= 4/20 or 1/5 or 20%

P(D)= 3/20 or 15%

P(N)= 7/20 or 35%

After completing this step, you finally have your answer. So the theoretical probability that you randomly pick a nickel would be 7/20 or 35%.

Hope this helped, have a good day! :3

Answer:

I believe the answer is 7/20 or 35%.

Explanation:

I first started by subtracting the coins that we already know from the total, and I get 7. I put that in fraction form which is, 7/20 and I turned it into percent form which is 35%. I hope one of these answers helps.
